How long until you dispatch my order?

Once you place your order, we will lovingly pack it and hand it over to the postie within 48 business hours.

How long until the postman arrives?

Since the world of COVID became our reality, postage times went backwards and can still be a little unknown.

If you need your order ASAP, we strongly advise you to select express shipping ~ although Australia Post doesn't guarantee overnight delivery with express anymore, it's still the fastest option and you will generally receive it within 2-3 business days in Australia.

Below is a guideline on standard post delivery times within Australia:

NSW ~ 2-6 business days

QLD ~ 3-7 business days

VIC ~ 5-10 business days

WA ~ 9-13 business days

NT ~ 8-12 business days

SA ~ 5-8 business days

ACT ~ 3-4 business days

How much will shipping cost?

We offer FREE Australian standard shipping for all orders over $150 and a flat rate $9 shipping fee for all Australian orders under $150.

If you are needing your new goodies in a rush, you can choose to pay for express at the checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! But not worldwide just yet.

We ship to the US, UK & of course our friends across the ditch in New Zealand.

Exchanges & Returns

How can I cancel my order?

We do our best to pick & pack your order ASAP, which is why we can only cancel your order within the first hour of purchasing. Please email our team at hello@kindkeeper.com.au within the first hour and we will cancel your order and refund.

My product is faulty, how do I return it?

We are so sorry to hear that your product is faulty, or that is was damaged in transit. Please contact our team ASAP to arrange a replacement.

Can I return my order if I change my mind or it's not suitable?

We understand that sometimes you can change your mind on a purchase, or the sizing isn't quite right, or it just isn't suited to your needs like you originally thought at the time of purchase.

If you change your mind, we are happy to accept returns on full-price items (sale items cannot be returned). We will provide a store credit less the cost of the original postage to you. You just need to send the item back to us within 7 days of receiving it and cover the cost of that postage.

Note: Your item(s) must be returned to us in the same condition that you received it - unused, unworn and with tags attached in original packaging. We will inspect all returns thoroughly and reserve the right to decline any returns that do not comply with these conditions.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, only if your item is faulty.

Are the toys safe for my little one?

YES! We assume that all toys will eventually make their way to your little ones mouth, so we choose our toys wisely. We only source toys that are non-toxic, BPA free and all silicone items are 100% food grade.

We love timber toys as they are environmentally conscious and last forever, and you can rest assured there are no toxic oils or coating applied to the timber.

As with all toys and accessories, adult supervision at all times is required.

Is your packaging conscious of the environment?

Yes!! We have gone the extra mile to omit plastics where possible, however the reality is that most products do require some protection in transit to avoid damages (and in turn wastage!), so for these products we have chosen recyclable plastic.

Our postage boxes are recyclable and our postal satchels are compostable, as is our Kind Keeper tape that is on the box!

How do I care for my product?

With all toys, you can expect natural wear and tear (especially once those teeth come through!), and the same goes for clothing that is worn time and time again.

Our clothing items are generally washing machine safe, however we always suggest washing them in a delicates bag so that they last longer and can be in excellent condition for when it's time to hand down!

Will you restock sold out items?

We will continue to replenish stock levels of our popular items and you can signup to be notified once that item is back in stock via the newsletter signup on our website.

Occasionally we won't restock an item. If this is the case, we will remove the item from our website.

Will new products be added to the collections?

As we grow, our collections will too. We have so many goodies that we are excited to add to our range and will always notify our subscribers as soon as new products land... Click here to signup.

Can I purchase a gift card?

Absolutely! We offer digital gift cards. When you've purchased, the gift card will be automatically emailed to you within moments. This gift card contains the unique code that you will need to enter at checkout to redeem the gift card.
