Returns
Please note, we have now updated our RETURNS / EXCHANGE policy. The below is effective for all orders placed from Friday 19th September.
FREE EXCHANGES & RETURNS
If it's not quite the perfect fit for your little one, or you've simply changed your mind, we've got you covered with FREE returns on all items except for final sale.
This means we will cover the cost of postage for you to return the item back to us.
Once we receive the item, we will happily issue a store credit for the amount you paid for that item. We do not refund items unless faulty.
Due to the volume of orders processed, we can no longer hold items for your exchange. You will need to re-purchase the correct size with your store credit.
Note: This applies to full price items only, not final sale items (items in our sale section).
For clothing exchanges or returns, please ensure you:
- Email our team to arrange the free return at hello@kindkeeper.com.au
- Send the item back to us within 7 days of the item being delivered, using the pre-paid label we email you (this can be scanned on your phone at most Post Offices)
- Are returning the item/s in the same condition that you received it - unused, unworn and with tags attached in original packaging.
If your item is at all faulty, we will of course issue a full refund. Please contact us on the above email to arrange this return & refund.
