If it's not quite the perfect fit for your little one, or you've simply changed your mind, we will pay the return postage & happily swap the size or issue a store credit for the original amount (less postage).

If your item is at all faulty, we will of course issue a full refund.

We don't love hand-washing over at Kind Keeper, BUT we aren't naive about washing machines reducing the quality of clothing either! Our solution: Pop your special items in a lingerie bag, in the washing machine - it's simple yet keeps the fabric quality nicely maintained. Do not tumble dry.
